Time does not heal all wounds.
While this saying suggests that grief and pain tend to magically dissolve with time, it isn’t necessarily true.
But time does play an important role in healing. Because time essentially equates to opportunity. Time gives you the chance to process, shift your perspective and discover gratitude. It allows for reflection that promotes insight and the ability to move on. It facilitates growth. It offers you the space and distance to start seeing problems as a means of transportation that takes you from pain to a good place once more. It provides you with the opportunity to express your pain and befriend insight and emotion. Let’s use time wisely and get to work.
