Need help finding the perfect solution for you?
You have to risk it to get the biscuit, but of course you’ll want to make sure I’m the perfect fit on your path to success, a beautiful brand or unshakeable confidence. Let’s chat and find out what you need and how it can be achieved before getting to work – together.
Frequently asked, quickly explained.
Coaching changes you:it helps you explore possibilities, identify limiting beliefs and become the strongest and most fulfilled you. Consulting provides you with specific solutions for your business itself, related expert advice and training.
Sometimes it takes a combination of both to best reach your goal: reflective exploration and business expertise. In coaching, we ask powerful questions to create insight and pair it with solutions formed from authentic answers taken from consulting. Want to find out what’s right for you? Follow me!
It’s one thing to have an epiphany, and quite another to make it part of your on going reality. Think of all the stimulating conversations you've had, peppered with insights. You go home excited and... a few hours later, nothing has changed. It takes a little time and effort to move an insight from your head to your gut and to transform a thought into ongoing action.
In our coaching sessions, you’ll find answers or sometimes even bigger questions that need tackling, and in the time between our sessions, you’ll allow this new muscle to grow and make use of the momentum gained. Really, you can think of coaching as building muscle. You won’t get stronger just by going to the gym once; this requires repetition, consistency and rest periods in between. You have to trust the process. In general, I recommend a 10-hour package to get you where you want to go, but it’s truly a personal decision and also depends on the topic - so let’s discuss it first and see what you need.
Think about coaching as embarking on a road trip. In our first session, we define your destination, set your primary focus and fill up the tank with what’s important to you: your values. Then we start the journey.
At times you take the wheel; when needed, I take over. From time to time, we stop, get out of the car, see where we’re at and make sure that your destination hasn’t changed. I always keep you and your goal in mind so that we avoid unnecessary detours or running out of gas.
After each session you’re assigned a task – your homework, if you like – to help you internalize new insights and continue working towards your goal. We use whatever you discover in our next session and then we step on the gas again until we finally make it to your destination. But will we make it there you might wonder? It’s the start that stops most people, not the work itself.
If you had asked me this a few years ago, I would have answered no, wholeheartedly. I'm an old-school analog person and prefer to talk face-to-face. But to be fair, online coaching and consulting work just as well. We see and hear reactions, read between the lines and connect with each other online just as much as when we’re in the same room.
Energy and unspoken understanding are tangible either way. The only important detail: find a quiet place and leave your distractions at the door. It’s difficult to truly connect to yourself if you have 17 tabs open while also checking your emails and waiting for a call ;)
I offer hourly business consulting and project support, monthly packages and service takeover, training sessions and workshops, co-creation retreats and coaching support, creative concepts and strategy - all of it tailored to your needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all sweater that might keep you warm but that you’d never wear outside the house.
It’s not a cookie-cutter solution that you’re looking for and I’m not a cookie seller. Let’s find out what you truly need first and design the ideal package for you!
You can either hand over an entire project to me in order to free yourself up for other important tasks or I can accompany you from the initiation of the project to the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and conclusion – every step of the way, or in whichever areas you feel you need an expert to jump in.
Consider me the auxiliary support to your existing team.
If you already know exactly what you need support with, we start from there. Either on an hourly basis, with a monthly support package or via a multi-day co-creation-brainstorming-training-workshop bubble. If you’re not entirely sure what you need yet, we begin with a baseline survey: what’s already in place, what’s working, what needs a little tweaking.
Then we define the current goal with the long-term plan in mind. It’s important to make sure our solution works in the long run and take into account everything that might crop up later. Once again, we can collaborate using whatever format best fits your needs.
I know how to listen, connect the dots, uncover hidden potential and turn ideas into sustainable business realities. Not only have I worked in marketing for more than 20 years now, I’ve been around the block a few times, have always questioned the status quo and continue to do so.
In my previous professional life, I was chief marketing officer and creative director for a global player, but I’ve also worked with small businesses with very few resources, in graphic design, as an event manager, as a coffee maker and jack of all trades at every level in marketing.
I know how to get a lot out of a little, uncover resources or reallocate them strategically and thoughtfully. I understand what businesses, brands and customers need, but I also know what a team requires to perform not just successfully but also happily and thus effectively in the long run. I identify missing points of intersection in information transfer and communication and create bridges, I speak KPI and, above all, the most important language: yours.
Nowadays almost everybody calls themselves a coach, because unfortunately it’s not a regulated profession in most countries. People give advice on a topic and claim “I’m coaching”. But this has very little to do with the professional coaching process. If I was looking for a coach, I would want a certified coach, somebody with extensive training, preferably in both psychology and coaching. I would want a coach who offers great empathy, powerful questions and their fair share of experiences. And mostly, I would want someone I feel challenged and energized by, someone I actually like and want to work with. But even if I were to choose me, this doesn’t automatically mean I’m the one for you. You simply might not like me ;)
So it’s best to have a chat and see how you feel. In terms of training? I’m a fully certified coach both with the international coaching federation and with Co-Active USA. I’ve undergone more than 500 hours of psychotherapeutic training and am continuing my education in both coaching and psychology. I have also lived many lives. I have realized my big dreams when they didn’t seem possible, tackled my own fears (I’m afraid of heights so I go skydiving, paragliding and bungee jumping, to name just one fear faced), changed my perspective to make room for a positive and grateful take on difficult situations, regularly challenged statistics and won, overcome sickness, learned to let go, understood what it means to feel responsible and work 16 hours 7 days a week, loved my career, changed it, won a battle of inner voices dragging me in different directions and even befriended them and dared, scared and loved the hell out of life. But how about we just meet and find out if I’m the right fit for you!
Now that’s a good question ;) I love the peace and tranquility of the suburbs; I need nature to recenter and reset myself and I truly enjoy watching the acrobatics of the neighborhood squirrels chasing each other on my patio. And I appreciate the culture, art and the international hub that is Wien, Vienna… With Wiener Neudorf just 10 minutes away, it connects the best of both worlds.
